Company History / Philosophy

        DNJ Mortgage was formed June 18, 1996 as a subsidiary of DNJ Realty Services, Inc.  Our company headquarters are located in historic downtown San Dimas, California.  We are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.  DNJ Mortgage is engaged in the retail origination of first and second mortgages secured by California real estate.  As a mortgage broker we have access to dozens of lenders and hundreds of loan programs. Our team has in excess of 100 years lending experience, and in today's market there is no substitute for experience.

       DNJ Mortgage's business philosophy is quite simple.  Our business relies on referrals from our past and present clients.  We do not advertise, tele-market, or mass-mail.   This enables us to keep our costs low, and in turn, we pass these savings on to you.
